Signified The player will deliver an hour and 1/2 long performance using the turntable instrument.
Sign The DJ is an agent of absolute truth. The truth that one must control the other in order to survive.
The attraction of the player/DJ is that he can hold divine status and therefore the player/ DJ while commanding the instrument will attract and encourage the audience to follow him.
The audience member dictates a need for structure, something to champion, the player will not achieve producer status until he understands that the DJ should enact something desirable, formal thought ( cubist perspective) and scale (music structure).
Media society is forged from design to design, track to track, film to film. The economy should dictate the relevance of each example of the form; attitudes and precedence can be recognized and exploited in examples of production, the birth of a style referenced and provoking play of the original after the new.
Combustion via combination, the DJ mixing, will feed a sixth sense diegetically. Processing/maintaining cubism/formal thought, the player will label all activity from the phenotype as evidence of a sixth sense, the head sustaining formal thought will necessitate diegesis.
